We ship orders to street addresses in Malaysia & Singapore only. We do not deliver to a PO Box address and any other International addresses.
On delivery of the Products, you may require signing for delivery. You agree to inspect the Products for any obvious defects or damages before you sign for delivery. You need to keep receipt of the delivered Products in case of future discussion with us about it.
There will be 1 attempt made to deliver your parcel, a note will be placed in your recipient’s mailbox. If you failed to collect the products (within 2 weeks of our first delivery), we may do either or both of the following:
- charge you for our reasonable storage fee and other cost reasonably incurred by us; or
- cancelling the order, in which case we may refund to you or your credit or debit card company as applicable any money already paid to us, less our reasonable administration charges (including for attempting to deliver and then returning the Products, and any storage fees incurred)
We process our delivery order daily (working days). Orders made after 12noon will be processed on the next working day. Your orders should be arrived in 3-5 working days (W.M.); 5-10 working days (E.M.) and 14 working days (Singapore).
Once your orders have been picked up by our logistic department, tracking code would be available. An email of tracking code will be sent out to you for your reference. You can track your order through our logistic company website .
Free shipping promotions are for normal price items only. Promotions and on SALES items are not entitle for any free shipping services.
